2,000 twin-bell alarm clocks on Ink, every one counting toward midnight. Every piece shares one silhouette, one viewing angle and one dial size by construction; what changes is what it is made of, what its face says and what stands behind it. The time is set by rarity and the collection counts toward midnight: Common reads 07:20, Rare 10:10, Epic 11:55, Legendary 12:00. It mints on Ink, Kraken's OP Stack L2, where a transaction costs a fraction of a cent.

Why ids are not shown yet

Every piece here is final art, and its traits are public. What is held back until reveal is which token id each piece is, and therefore where it ranks. Publish that before a sequential mint and anyone can watch the counter and time a transaction to take a specific piece; hold it back and the mint is the same lottery for everyone. The ranking is already computed and does not change at reveal.

How rank is decided

A piece scores the sum of 1/frequency over its thirteen traits, so a value held by 19 pieces is worth more than one held by 400, and a piece is rare for what it IS rather than for the label on it. Absence counts: no element scores against a very large None bucket, so carrying one pays. Time is not scored, because it is a function of the tier and would count that tier twice.

One consequence worth knowing: an Epic loaded with scarce traits can outrank a plain Legendary. That is statistical rarity behaving correctly, not a bug in it.
